We always offer USPS priority mail, $5 flat flat rate ground shipping. You will receive tracking information in your order confirmation email once it has been fulfilled. If you are local to the Charlotte area, please email us at farmerandthebelle.com for other delivery options. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to prepare and ground shipments take 2-3 business days to deliver.
Farmer and the Belle is a proud supporter of our military and their families and know that they reside all over the world. If you would like to ship your order to an international, FPO/APO address please email us at email@example.com
We value your feedback and always strive to maintain excellence in our products and customer service. We apologize if your order does not meet your satisfaction. Orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following qualifications: the order is unused, the order is returned within 14 days of receipt, and the order was not purchased on final sale. All wholesale returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom orders are subject to different return policies.
To return and request a refund for an order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your reason for return and if possible, a picture. Once approved, your refund will be issued in your original payment form.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a broken or defective product, we apologize and will take care of it! Please email us a picture of the broken or defective product to email@example.com We will take care of all shipping charges and send you a replacement immediately.
